Our winemaker has more than 10 year experience and uses the most modern technology to obtain the maximum flavour from our grapes. Every aspect of the production process is strictly controlled, from the pruning to the optimum moment of ripening taking into account all the necessary phytosanitary processing and stripping and “despuntado” practices etc… that is necessary depending on the particularities of each year. After selecting them from the field, the grapes arrive at the wine cellar where the production process begins and is carried out in a professional and controlled manner, in order to finish its process in American and French oak casks.
